hahahaha...just nasty noise show and ruin my rim show and ruin my caliper show... brake pad was still good although :rlaugh:

I kept telling myself..."it's the zinc coating wearing off, it's the zinc coating wearing off etc." until i finally took it apart. Then the puking began.

this is the bad side...not AWFUL..but as you can see the metal shavings caused everything to rust and go to crap...I had a PILE of melted metal in the crevice of my A-arm, looking like welding slag.

The wheel,

Had a few to many of them there cold beers installing I guess.

Rick from Baer was SUPER awesome and got me hooked up with everything I need to get everything squared away. All is well now, just figured I'd share my interesting experience with you guys.

Well I screwed up, I am not afraid to admit it. Figured I would give you all a chuckle, and maybe make ya feel a little better! Hell, its only a $2,000 brake kit.

It was pretty embarrassing calling Baer and telling them, "yeah I think a piston in my caliper is stuck" and they were like "uhhhh we have never heard of that" so they told me to take it apart and get take pictures and get serial numbers etc. So I was like OK,

Then I started taking it apart and...yeah, needless to say I did not send them any pictures LOL.

Just said, ok, price me out a rotor and pads LOL.
