Newbie 98' cobra driver

Hey everyone here at stangnet! My name is Chris and i just picked up my first Cobra and loving every minute . I'm from southern cali so i'm always interested in meeting new people or going down to some car meets. Being that i'm a newbie to the mustang scene I have a question for the experts. Would a factory H-pipe from a 97' cobra fit my 98' cobra?

The H-pipe from a 97 should work on a 98, I believe the exhaust on all 96-98 Cobra's are the same.
