Hello!

Thank you for the update! Have you discussed the noise issues with your dealer? Please send me a PM with your information (VIN, contact info, mileage, & servicing dealer name/state) so I can help. Thanks!

~Natasha

I will get the vin number for you asap thanks natasha, im a hvac mechanic and have no steady work schedule working 6-7 days a week its hard to deal with car matters especially when my local dealerships do not have any pick ups or drop offs after 5pm. Thanks again

Damn I'm sorry to hear youre having problems with a brand spanking new mustang :(
Most stealerships are useless though :( I hope you find a competent tech in their shop to help you out.
I had a guy sit in my car drive in my car and listen for a loud throw out bearing. He said he cant hear a thing while I heard it the whole time we drove.
Every dealer has one of those it seems.
Good luck! Don't let up until they find and fix the problem.

Hi Nuar,

I'm bummed to learn of your negative dealer experience. Were you able to resolve your bearing issue?

Natasha yeah I did, in the end the dealership replaced the entire clutch and the throwout bearing, but that was back in 2003 ;) I haven't brought my car to the dealership since :p
All the work since then was done by me and some of my close friends :)

No problem! It can get a little frustrating sometimes, but for the most part the dealerships will help out in the end. It might take some time and lots of effort and pushing on your part though. Either way, stay with it and don't let up, you're covered under a warranty and if anything is off, make sure you make full use of it before it expires :)
After that, some knowledgeable friends and some of your elbow grease and you'll be hooked on mustangs for life lol :D

If you have a way, shoot a quick video of the sound you're trying to diagnose and throw it up on youtube. That way people can help you pinpoint the problem much easier. Good luck man :nice:
