You need to pull codes from the PCM. If the ICM/TFI (Ignition Control Module) is bad you should see a code for it. The ICM will produce an Ignition Diagnostic Monitor (IDM) signal that is sent to the PCM.

ok thats the weird thing because i havent pulled codes but that was my first thought the ICM was bad so i replaced it and it did nothing. Another thing is if i turn the timing way up it will barley run but like complete a$^ and u cant give it any gas cause it dosent change anything i did that once only cuz it made me uncomfterable. Do you think i could have a cracked cap maybe a bad rotor? thanks for the help:shrug:

I can't see how getting spark on one bank only would be a problem with the distributor/cap/rotor... Did you check every wire on the both sides? If you had a couple from each side not firing that could be a mechanical problem, but one side firing all cylinders and the other side dead is just odd.

There's a light you can get to check if the injectors are firing...noid light I think... You might check that too. I recently discovered that the ECU controls each bank individually so I'm thinking your ECU might be fried...

Ya it is very odd never seen anything like it but ya ive checked the wires they are newer msd wires and msd coil. And i had driven it the day before it happend and it ran great which i thought was odd then the next day nothing just cranks over and the plugs are coverd in fuel so im geting fuel so that eliminates that problem. the ecu being fried was in the back of my mind as well. I have another set of wires maybe ill throw those on and see what happens.

If I'm understanding correctly, the TFI has a limp mode that will control timing if the ECU fails to send a SPOUT signal. So, you could try pulling the SPOUT and see if it fires.

yup tried that it doesent make a diffrence havent tried the other wires yet but i highly doubt that it will work it seems no one has had this problem ive searched just about everywhere and if some one had this problem i cant find it and im thinking about replacing the dizzy just for ****s and giggles

I would do that even though I can't see how the PIP would not send a signal for each plug to the ECU. If it doesn't fire then just return it to the supplier and look into changing the ECU.
