Supercharged pcv from turbo coupe

I'm about to throw a turbo coupe pcv valve on my supercharged 5.0. The turbo coupe pcv valves have 2 vacuum ports on them. Do I just plug 1 of the ports and run the other?

Id run breathers, but I have a strut tower brace that runs right over the oil cap so i cant get a breather to fit. thats why im sticking with the pcv. Just alittle confused how to hook it up because its got 2 ports and the stock mustang only has one.

That depends on how thing are setup as to if you can use stock stuff. If you use a positive displacement style supercharger like Kenne Bell then your MAF and TB will be before your making boost so your PCV system should work properly. If your using a centrifugal style supercharger with where boost is made before TB and piped in, then you have to change your PCV system up. You have to change your PCV setup because the tube from your oil fill cap to the TB will cause your crankcase to be pressurized by boost. That will blow your PCV valve out of your intake manifold if you get on it and may blow your dipstick out a few inches depending on how much boost you run. Its not a good thing.
