Have none of you read his previous post and thought about it? He said he has an oem 03/04 cobra rear bumper. Those bumpers sell for a good amount of money if in good condition. He also said he keeps other body parts laying around his garage so that if he gets tired of a certain look, he can change it up. So why would he want to ruin an OEM bumper by filling in the letters? If he decided to sell it one day, he will be able to sell it easier for more money if the letters are not filled in.
I don't really feel that's true. 03/04 bumpers aren't that hard to come by, but one that has custom work done to it that may apply to a different crowd could be worth the same or more. I know if I was in the market I'd pay for one already filled in where all I had to do was paint it and slap it on my GT.
I still don't get all the parts though lol I've never looked at my car and said man I'm tired of this look, let's rip body panels off.
I got to that point haha. That's what makes modding cars so much fun. In regards to filling in the cobra letters, if its not done right though it won't be pretty if if starts coming off. Also I have heard even if someone bumped the rear bumper and they just used filler that they could come loose and so you could have some letters reappear. What I want to do eventually with the rear bumper is get a cobra (probably 1 just from ABC exclusive) and find a 6er rear bumper as well and cut and paste the mustang lettering onto the cobra bumper. It would be that 'custom' touch but I wonder how well someone can get the plastic to hold together. Even though I have cobra/roush parts on it right now, I won't ever say its something its not, period. Well I guess if I got a 2.6 KB that might change slightly
Yeah Sonic Blue looks awesome. My gunmetal grey is so common.
wow. that is probably on my top 5 for nicest mustangs around. very unique, and very different as someone else mentioned.

Mazen while I agree its sweet, if you wern't able to see the posts at SVTP he bent the exhaust pipes from the SRA to look similar to the IRS setup and the 'Cobra' area on the rear bumper was painted with MSpaint. I kinda wonder if this is his car, seems like it is but he just seems to post pictures of the car and no motor shots on either site.
offtopic but wasn't there someone earlier this year who posted their 'car' and it wasn't theirs? Maybe that was on SVTP I dunno just sounds like it happened.
. and who was the di dii diiii who tried to post someone else's car and call it his own?
GT owners need to stop being so hostile.... Simply put, COBRA parts were meant for the COBRA and GT for the GT, get over it. Real svt owners are sick of being asked if their cobras are real or not due to posers out there slapping on cobra aesthetics.
Anyway... a little back story on the original poster(he posts pics of his car everywhere, it gets old). I am sure you will find this interesting..
