Has anyone ran a vortech v2 s trim on their 2v? Pros/cons?

musclemustangcb...no cons as far as I'm concerned. A few things you may have to look out for...belt slippage sometimes occurs. Make sure you use a good belt. Your BOV may sometimes malfunction and dump boost. Don't use the Bosch that it comes with...get an aftermarket one. Make sure you re-gap your plugs. I think .030 was where I had mine at. Make sure to run a set of plugs a heat range colder than stock. And enjoy!!

Well, I'm more curious on what u guys gave got fir power and boost. I bought this roush with it already on. I'm changing a lot to the way I prefer to have it setup. Like blow Thru maf, prichaeger bov rather than a bypass, I'm increasing the boost to 16psi ( engine is all forged 5.0 stroker with stg 3 ported heads) also I'm changing the intercooler to a cx racing and using vband flanges. I'm swapping intake to a victor with 6061 upper.

The belt is harder than normal to remove, but not that hard. Just loosen the head unit bracket bolts, slide the bracket out some, and just remove the 1 bolt in the way. While there are better supercharged available, the S trim is by no means bad.
