I am planning on finally getting the bodywork & paint done on the sorry looking stang I have in the spring. I am looking for suggestions on a good shop within 2-3 hours of central NC. Please post any you guys feel are quality shops. Thanks.

Okay, I've only spent four days in NC, mostly in Fayetteville (but I do know what it's like to sit 7 rows from the fence in the Turn 3/Turn 4 transition at Lowes in Charlotte :D ); so I'm not 100% -or even 75%- on my North Carolina geography.

That being said, I've heard lots of good things about Drigger's in Laurinburg. They do mostly late-model stuff, and insurance work keeps the lights lit; but the owner's son ("Munch") is pretty darn proud of his '67.
My kid and her husband have had work done there; most recently damage repair on her '97 Cobra 'vert that had been severely "keyed".

Let me dig around a bit on another page.....

Okay, here ya go with a phone number: 910-276-7330

Tell them Trish's (cowgirl tink's) Dad sent you.

Thanks for the info. I'll give them a call in the spring. Hope everything works out that I can get the body & paint done. The drive train & suspension is done with the exception of front disk which I hope to do before Febuary. Looking forward to get the exterior up to par. It still has the original paint along with some rust spots & a quarter that needs attention. Need new glass too so will have to see if I can swing it all at one time.
