it should be damn close the way it sits, if not there already...if it doesnt make you go fast, toss it aside...lol
4.10's may be ebtter than 3.73's for you with the auto..get rid of the front swaybar if you havent already..adjustable struts and shocks are always nice...

have any clue what it weighs? make a few passes before you spend any more $ and see where it sits

The converter on a automatic car is key to making it into the 12's, you have plenty of mods to get there. I agree a 4:10 would be a better choice to help wake up the AOD. Who's converter it is? What Diameter?

I went 12.89 @ 104 with a 169,000 mile stock motor in my 91 GT, all I had was 1.7 rockers, ram air, long tubes, 2.5" H-Pipe, dumped Flowmasters, 3:73's, 70/30's, 50/50's, SSM lower arms, stock boxed upper arms, sub frames, 26" x 10" M&H Racemasters (like a ET Street), 4" cowl hood, no a/c or p/s, stock clutch, stock t-5. Drive it like I stole it, 5000rpm launch

it is a peformance automatics racing 10" non-lock up... i havent done anything for exhaust work yet its just stock but i was thinking bbk ceramic coated equal lengths to bassani o/r X and mac dumps...how about bigger MAF, fuel injectors, tune...etc?

if you don't have chip yet get a dyno tune and you will be there for sure.i have gt 40 irons cobra intake ,1.72 rr's , e cam, 70mm tb and a 76 mm maf . i still have 19 lb injectors and run a 125 zex dry shot. i still have the stock stall. on motor i dyno'd at 305 and with the nos i was 375 on a mustang dyno. i did the old "buddy" tune and it just did not run right. surging idle was the most obvious. i gained 100 rwhp with a dyno tune. go with a 255 lph fuel pump. my best et is 12.62 at 104 but my 60 is like 2 seconds. i need a stall converter. i would think with the cam and turbo swirls your motor is not running to it's full potential. just my opinion though!!
