My pony might make you're little german sad though. Why would you want to do that to a proud german :p
I'm totally buying the brats if Saleenster (btw, are you a Corey or Cory?) beats Wanna_Be_GT/Corey at the track lol. Mostly just because I like to see Corey/Wanna_Be_GT lose so I can make fun of him! Can't wait for spring/early summer, I think we are gonna have a fun next year.

I thought he was Cory, just wanted to make sure :D Yeah your 5.0 prob is faster, if I start in 5th lol. Then again, I can't drive at all lol (I think my best 60's in the Cobra were like 1.8 something). It's gonna be really fun to be able to get some track time in with this car, and finally get some practice. I really need to figure out if my car has gears in it already or not, I have 3.73's just sitting in my room I need to either install or sell.

The blonde was Shelby Cox, Nobody (Gabe) still has his mustang, but I haven't seen him in forever even though he works on campus near me. Haven't chatted with William in a long time and I think he parted out his cobra a while back. I think EJ is still around, but the old crew is pretty fragmented these days.

Eventhough I will always love mustangs and still have them, I've been turned off by the community lately and have just been my own. At one time it was enjoyable, and fun to be involved with things, but those day have come and gone.

For those that remember me, my life has changed alot. I'm Married now, have a 10 year old daughter and have a baby on the way. No I can't do the same things I was able to do before, because I have more important things in life, but would love to enjoy the mustang world more than just myself.

I figured I would come back to the message board that started it all and see if maybe I could find some life again.

I reconigze some people still on here and like to know who's hanging around.

My profiles are so out of date right now LOL!

I'm a little late to this party (sorry guys). First off, I want to say, I agree with what Curt says, and I will tell you flat out, that for a long time I think our site hurt it more than helping it (I help run ss for those that don't know me). Well we have made some changes on our site and I've reached out to other sites (including this one) to try and get our heads together to start building back up out local car scene. I spoke to one of the Stangnet staff members (Tim), and will tell you flat out that I think he is a good dude. There has been a lot of back and forth between local clubs/forums and it's just drug the whole NW scene down. I don't want SS to be a part of it any more, and I honestly don't think Tim wants stangnet to be a part of it either. I have contacted just about EVERY mustang club/forum in the area over the last month about getting together to help plan events from the summer. Unfortunately I have heard back from very few. I want to see more out of the Mustang community up here like most do. It's time to bury the BS and move forward. And for the record, I have heard from numerous people that we're a-holes at SS. I think that's only partially true. We are very lightly modded and not for everyone (but we have come a long way). But I will tell you this. I can promise you, that those that have made an effort to be a part of the site and look past the BS (I want to thank you) have not only shared their love of cars but have made FRIENDS that will probably out last their mustang becasue of our site, and not everyone has that and I'm damn proud we do.

To the Stangnet Staff: You guys built this NW section quite a while ago. Prior to the stangnations and superiorstangs. And without the work you guys put in, we wouldn't even have the groups up here we do now. We appreciate it and look forward to working with you guys should you ever wish to.

WOW, I've missed a lot over the years I see. I think some of us go back before this site, when we where all in Everett hanging out at the Herfy's on Evergreen way. I met a few of you there, back in the day. I guess my issue was I had family things to do and damn it cost money to go fast, and as some of you know family comes first. As for me, Id like to see a few old friends and see what we are doing now. I kept up with EJ, MYFORDSFLY and that's about it.

Dan, I don't know if I've had a chance to meet you before, but I look forward to doing so. Luckily for me I was gone during the apparent drama period in the NW community lol, so I'm totally un-biased towards any of the groups that have apparently fragmented off. I'm just happy it seems like everyone is missing the old community and sounds like people are indeed bury whatever hatchets need to be buried. I'm glad to hear that you guys are going to try to put stuff together this spring/summer, if you need any help with anything let me know and I'll do what I can.
