That setup sounds severely lacking. If I were you, I'd take it to a tuner. You're going to screw up and listen to someone here thinking you've got it figured out, and then something bad is going to happen. If you want to do this right, you need to back off the timing, and start with the AFR, but to do that, you're going to need a wideband O2 and a gauge. After you get AFR where you want it, then you can start to screw around with the timing. If it's running rough at 10* base timing, something else is wrong. Have you ever checked your balancer for accuracy (i.e. piston stops)?
Is the AFPR boost sensitive? (fuel pressure should increase 1:1)
What fuel pump are you running? (you need a 255LPH)
Is the Pro-M calibrated for 36# injectors?
If you have no idea what the hell I'm talking about, or don't want all of the hassle, go do yourself a favor and drop $500 for a tune and be happy with your combo.
