The engine is an all stock 302 with a single turbo set up putting out around 10 psi. It has 36# injectors with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator set at 38 psi right now. It has a pro m 3inch blow through Maf and A stock computer with no chip. I have the timing set at 20 with the spout connector still in. I have searched around but havn't found a whole lot of information What do you guy thing? Thanks

Correct....see how it runs. If you set it to 20 and pull the spout out, its called locking it out....youll have 20 all the time. It can cause some starting issues amongest other things. It is a work around for not having a way to adjust timing.

While I think once you take it to get tuned youll end up at 20-21 total up top id try 10 base and see how it acts. How long before you tune?

nevermind then... i was going to offer to give him a hand looking stuff over. but thats a bit of a drive for me. haha

I did remove the spout then time it and put it back in. I have a blow threw pro M. I'm not driving it except around the block after some adjustment. I'm hoping to get it tuned Monday! Thanks

That setup sounds severely lacking. If I were you, I'd take it to a tuner. You're going to screw up and listen to someone here thinking you've got it figured out, and then something bad is going to happen. If you want to do this right, you need to back off the timing, and start with the AFR, but to do that, you're going to need a wideband O2 and a gauge. After you get AFR where you want it, then you can start to screw around with the timing. If it's running rough at 10* base timing, something else is wrong. Have you ever checked your balancer for accuracy (i.e. piston stops)?

Is the AFPR boost sensitive? (fuel pressure should increase 1:1)
What fuel pump are you running? (you need a 255LPH)
Is the Pro-M calibrated for 36# injectors?

If you have no idea what the hell I'm talking about, or don't want all of the hassle, go do yourself a favor and drop $500 for a tune and be happy with your combo.
