So I've been a member here for a few months and have been talking about my new 5.0, but have only posted a few pictures of it.
Well I finally got to go home on leave a few weeks ago and pick my car up.
I was constantly running trying to see everyone my few days home so I didn't get to take too many pictures.
But I snapped a few here and there on my cell phone and did manage to take a few with an actual camera the day before I left.
They look really different because I was playing around with the camera setting to see how each turned out.
Got alot, some turned out good, some could have been better, but these are some of the better ones.
So here they are and enjoy!

The picture files were too large too upload on Stangnet so here is the link to my Photobucket where you can see them.

Let me know what you guys think!

Nice looking. Intake needs the badge/plate. Not sure if I like the tailpipes but to each their own. Good looking car none the less.

yea, im gonna look around for that intake badge, but not at the very top of my priority list. i would really like to get the black/red cobra one though. and the tail pipes really don't look that bad in person, just in the angle of the pictures

Good looking car. I love the rear wheel tire setup.

I do too, but it has 2 1/2 Eibach lowering springs. it sits just a little low for my taste, plus living in western NC, it scrapes.....alot. so i plan on picking it up about an inch in the rear and about a 1/2 in the front. i have absolutely fallen head over heels for these wheels that are on it, but a 5-lug swap and 4-wheel disk brakes are at the very top of my priority list so i'm going to have to get rid of them

not liking the tails; get some dumps!

Yea I've thought about dumps, but I would definately have to dynomat the inside. She is already roaring inside on the highway.

And yea I'm really liking this color too. And the pictures really don't do it justice at all, you HAVE to see it in person. The original owner tried to explain the same thing to me but I didn't fully understand until it saw it myself, but this paint really soaks up the colors around it. There is no way to catch it on camera, but the paint seems to take on different shades and hues around different colors and amount of light around it. You guys around NC/SC will definately have to come to one of the Track Days we are putting together and check it out for yourselves

It really is clean looking car! I agree with the angle cutting- Jack that puppy up and crawl under there with a sawzall!:nice:

as much as i like the color, she is definately getting repaint within the next year or so. it is a fresh paint job, but it was an amateur job. has orange peel and several spots that werent prepped right and just didn't hold the paint. Thinking about a bright-garnet color in the front faded back to metallic black.

and im going to wait until i get the cars stance and suspension where i want it before i start playing around with those tail pipes. still can't make up my mind about dumps though. i love the way they sound, but know ill learn to hate them on my interstate trips.
