Hello guys i had to remove my rear end due to a stripped fill plug and ran new brake lines. Anyway my ebrake cables were shot so i just cut them to remove the rear end. And honestly this isnt a daily driver and i wouldnt care not having a e brake for now, so My ? is will i need to have that ebrake hardware in the drum for the rear brakes to still work and function properly? Any input would help thanx

Ha ha yeah i assume you are talking about converting to disc, id love to but money is tight right now so gotta roll with drums for now lol, and as far as 180's go thats what 345rwhp is for lol

I cut mine ebrake lines as well when I put my 8.8 rear end in. My ebrake never worked right so I just took my angle grinder to the lines to save some time...I may one day fix it but I never used it to start with and its my daily driver
