water to air intercooler water pump install

Late picture of intercooler set up.When we had it on the dyno the air temp didn't go over 67 degrees. And we haven't hooked up the water pump yet.But when we do we will run ice in it and then tune it.

Pic is kinda small, can't really see what is going on there but it looks like some pretty sharp bends after the blower and before the throttle body. You could have freed up a lot more room to work with by going with a Fox style intake and throttle body setup. I'd like to see a bigger and up close pic of the throttle body area if that's ok.

It looks tight. And it is.I said befor I'd suggest the fox body swap. But I wanted to prove it could be done.I'm running the vortech v2 si with a 3inch pulley.Once I get it all working and tuned I'll decide if it was a waste of time. But 67 degrees in the intake when its 80 degrees out side is pretty good.

Ok, at that angle it's not bad at all. I'm sure there's a little tweaking you can do to that pipe leading to the throttle body to get rid of the sharp bend, but all in all it's a pretty solid setup. Can't wait to see numbers on it!!
