Changing brake pads... where to grease?

I just bought an entire kit with little adapter plates to fit different sized applications. Got it from Harbor Freight for like $20. I have definately gotten my money's worth using it too.

I need to check out Harbor Freight. We have one in town but I have yet to go there. I'm off tomorrow so maybe I'll go do some "browsing"... :D

Bit of a necro probably but I am swapping out my rear pads on my '03 and am running into what may or may not be an issue at the moment. I bought the tool to use on the caliper, but not a single side of the cube tool fits my caliper. They are stock '03 and for the life of me I cant get a single side to line up.

I ended up getting a pair of channel locks and trying to turn it that way. What I am running into is that (to me at least) it does not appear to be moving... I am turning and turning the thing (clockwise) but it is not retracting or loosening in my opinion.

Do I need to apply pressure as I am turning? Do I just keep turning until it releases, or how is this thing supposed to work.

Got annoyed this am and ran out of time to even do a single side since I had to run to advance to get that cube tool that ended up not fitting a dang thing lol. Any suggestions/thought? The needle nose pliars sound like they might work.

Wow its been a while since I posted here lol I need to update my sig!
