Hid Kit For Fog Lights????

Okay, I know this question may sound crazy but someone please just answer :)

I just purchased the 8,000k slim hid kit for my 2005 mustang gt lows. I was wondering if i wanted to purchase some for the fogs what do i need to get. Another hid kit, or what?

Do HID really make a big difference in visibility? I know they "look" brighter when you see one coming at you - I'm just wondering about actual visibility when driving...lots of wildlife where I live, and extra vision/distance at night would be handy.

I have not put them in my mustang yet, but i did install some in my sc300 last weekend and they made a HUGEEE difference. The visibility when driving will be based on the color you go the lower the kelvin the more light will be put out. Here is a picture of my sc300 with the HID on during the day. Not a very good picture but you get the idea.

Also, if you are looking for a good very reasonably priced kit, I highly recommend DDM Tuning. Ran them in the headlights and fogs of my mazdaspeed3 and for headlights on my 02 mustang. I will most likely be buying a set from them for my 2013 gt/cs.

Here is a link. Just pick the wattage, bulb type, and color (temp) you want.

I just got a kit from them and one of the ballasts was DOA. I sent it back for replacement and it's been 2 weeks with no word on when the replacement is coming. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Another thing, on the website it says all their kits are in stock but mine came from China.
