I'm trying the new Autolite's. They claim to be a 1 piece and look like a good plug. I know Autolite doesn't have the best name but i got that a really good price so i figured it was worth a shot. So far so good but I just installed them last night. I know for sure my car does idle smoother and seems a bit more responsive

The Motorcraft and Autolite's are both the 2 piece design. The Brisk is One Piece, but one heat range cooler for Nitrous and/or Boost. In my nearly stock 06 I put the Champion 7989 One Piece plug in at about 60,000 miles. I have just about 127,000 miles on the car, they are still working fine. It killed me to switch to Champion, but I wanted the proper heat range - ruled out Brisk, and I wanted true One Piece - ruled out Autolite and Motorcraft. They have performed flawlessly, so I will stick with them. Since you aren't running Nitrous or Boost, I would run the Champion.

I just pulled my Champions after 67,000 miles. They were still running good, I just wanted to see them. They were see pretty clean and the gap was still good. I cleaned them, closed the gap about 2 thousandsth and put them back in for now. I am curious how long they will be good. But I'll stick with the Champions in it when I replace them.
