Whats the problem your having with your stock receiver? I suggest an aftermarket receiver, you'll have aux, usb, bluetooth etc. There is most likely not an adapter for what you are looking for. You would have to splice some wires even then no idea if it would work right.

i dont like the way that the aftermarket ones sound with the stock sound system they dont hook up to the amps in the trunk thats why i want to use the stocker plus i like the way that it looks. anyway if i cant find something then i guess that i will end up spliceing the wires thank for your advice buddy

My new Pioneer AVH-P4400BH kicks ass, looks great, and sounds great. AND it DOES hook up to and utilize the MACH 460 amps. If you buy through Crutchfield they give you the correct wiring harnesses, easy to follow instructions and great telephone support (yeah, they actually answer on the first ring and know what they are talking about).

Also, I thought having a 6 disc changer was great, but nothing beats dumping ALL of my CDs into an iPod and having complete, easy to navigate access to ALL of my music. I definitely not a typical iPod buyer/user, but I am so glad that I finally bought one - it compliments this stereo so well. I now have another reason to love my car.
