Painting Intake Tube?

My CAI tube is boring black and I want to spray paint it. Do you think the paint would affect intake temperature enough for me to care?

Nah paiting it wont make any differance. Just make sure you do all the prep work right. You dont want the paint peeling off in 6months.

lol its not quite as gaudy as it looks in the picture, but yeah its a bit ridiculous
