Still having fuel issues...

So I have posted about this before but I am still running into issues. I have a 98 GT completely stock except for a JLT ram air. At times it will seem like i just run out of gas and the car will shut off. It stays like that for a while until i put it in neutral and push it around for a few minutes and then it starts again. The fuel pump is running so I can rule that out. I thought it may have been the filter clogging so I replaced it but the problem continued. Does anyone else have this problem? help...

I have something similar that when i go for a ride for like a hour and then i shutdown the car and turn on the car immediately it won't turn on i have to wait 1 minute to turn on back.. but when the engine is cool the car turn on fast and won't miss.
-CAR is not overheating
-60lb injectors vortech supercharger 12psi no intercooler
-17cc dishes piston 9.4.1 compression

When it wont start press on the fuel pressure release valve on the fuel rail and see if it has high pressure. Be careful cause fuel will spray everywhere. Use a rag to cover when you do it. I would think its the pump having intermittent issues, since after you push it around (jar the pump) it starts. Do you hear it running when your trying to start it while the car is not starting? Also take a fuel pressure reading while it running and maybe you can see it drop while its having the issue. 98's have a combo of 97 and 99 fuel system and this should be noted when discussing the issue. Most people think that only 99 and ups are return less but the 98 has a similar setup so you might have to get more familial with the 98 gt setup. I had a 98 gt but I cant seem to recall if it was a full return less or not.

I can hear the pump running the whole time that the car wont start. I know i have at least a little pressure in the fuel rails but i will have to get a better reading. The problem is that it is not easy to duplicate the problem so i can trouble shoot. It tends to happen whenever i need to be somewhere
