Clutch fork vibrating.

Clutch fork seems to be vibration pretty bad and making a noise. Car shacks very bad moving from a stop as I let the clutch up. Once the car is moving it drives perfectly fine. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

The car is a 2003 GT Mustang.

on some occasions the input shaft wobbles around so much that it occasionally whacks the case. This happens on many transmissions like the T5 and T45 that are abused. Basically the case elongates and creates more end play. Probably not your problem, but check the end play to be sure while you're there.
It might be the fork is worn out, the hub could be worn a couple of things can cause this.

Sounds like an improper cable adjustment.

Are you running a stock, or replacement cable? Adjustable, non-adjustable? Is there any slack in the cable or your clutch pedal?

There needs to be some type of pre-load on the clutch fork, which will in turn keep the throwout bearing from bouncing on the face of the pressure plate and making the squeaking noises and cut back on the vibrations.

I'll lift it back up tmw and check for play. I also have another video to post.
It seems the vibrating on the clutch fork stops once the clutch is
pushed in and most of the noise goes away as well. Once it's in gear and driving
(Letting the clutch back up) it starts to shake again and the noise is back.

I'm running a heavy duty clutch in it. The cable should be stock unless
The previous owner had changed it and there is no play on the pedal at all.
The clutch I have in here also only has about 2000 miles on it but I've been having
this problem shortly after install around 400 miles.

My vote is the cable is stretched. As they get older they will stretch a bit and cause the issues you are experiencing. While you may be inclined to get a new cable I'd get a fire wall adjuster and a quadrant if you still have the stock set-up. If it is stock, try lifting the clutch pedal toward you then pushing the pedal to the floor. The stock set has and auto adjust but if it is already adjusted to the limit it may not change anything.

My clutch pedal does shake but would a stretched clutch cable cause the car to vibrate on take offs? The vibration is somewhat if the car were going to stole but it isn't, kind of hard to explain.
As far as adjusting the engagement higher on the clutch pedal (I think that's what your asking) I've got all of that dialed in. Is there a way to tell if the cable has been stretched? Like getting under the car and pulling it a certain way.
