Correct draglite offset/width for 275s

yea mine are bet pretty good, with the radials on it fits the car nice, but with the 28x10's it is really close. I cant go in anymore without moving the springs over.

I have a 275/50/15 on a Draglite. 8.5" with 5.5 rear spacing. I had to remove the quads. Not flip. Remove. I did not roll the lip. I refuse. Tons of room out there anyhow. Close on the inside. Had to BEAT VERY HARD on the inner. You can't see it. I'll try to post some pics.

Thanks fellas. Heard you get better tread contact with a 10 inch rim?

Absolutly, the only reason to run an 8" rim would be if you already had the rims. If you are buying new the 10" rim is the way to go hands down. The tire works so much better on the wider rim.

what he said... we run 10's on the race car but have been thinking about trying them on the 12" wheels that have the old slicks on them.

If you buy them and mount them i want pictures. I thought about them in 10" but I don't see how it would work without rolling the lip. There for real is NO room in the inside.
Ive got 10" 6.5bs prostars without rolling the fender lips. Let me know if pics would help. 275/60 tires

275/60. Car was on cut springs and the lips were rolled but had it set a little higher I know it would have cleared. Does on the red car. Don't know if that helps
