Found my SN95 5-Lug Parts, Got one Question

I have read the sn95 5-lug conversion thread and now I have found my donor car at the local PAP yard. My only question is on the whole shimming the ball joint aspect of the swap. My main question is where to these washers go? Do i slide the ball joint through the spindle, then put the washers on top underneath the bolt? Or do the washers go between the ball joint and the knuckle underneath? Any pics or help would be appreciated. Also is it fairly easy to find washers that add up to .330" does it have to be exact?

You will see where the washers go when you put it together. The spindle nut bottoms on the threads, but it won't be tight, so you use the washers.. I didn't get it either, but as soon as I put the spindle on I understood.
No it doesn't need to be exact.

Can't you just put 94-95 ball joints in the fox control arm anyway?
That way you wouldn't have to **** around with washers and you would also have brand new ball joints.
That is an option, yes. The only bad part about that is having to remove the control arm, so you can have the ball joints pressed out and back in.

The A-arms don't have to come off to change the balljoints, you just need a balljoint press.
