I am going to be painting my Gt. And this is my first time.

I have read a lot on it but just want to be sure,

My first choice was to do a cheap Blitz Black Paintjob ( Tractor Paint ), well.. its a satin Black.

80$ for a gallon at TSC
40$ for a Kobalt siphon feed paint gun at Lowes

But someone showed me these..

or would Eastwood Single Stage kit be better?

Now is that the same? Would I just sand the car down, primer, and then spray?

If it is simple enough to do as the Blitz Black

I will be doing it in my driveway also.

I am looking to do an off while with satin black on my car. I plan on using pasti-dip instead of painting. Won't cost much and its durable. Not only that, you can peal it off if you don't like it. A buddy of mine had it on his BMW, never chipped once in over a year. Power washed it and all.

I'm debating on that myself, just temporary. But 300 bucks for a kit.. might as well just paint it.

Also the Wagner spray gun that comes with the kit sucks.

The major pro is if you don't like it, obviously you can tear it off.

Gotta find a paint guy to do it on the side. Just spoke to mine and even with totally dismantling the car and properly repainting it with a clearcoat he estimates a grand. that is with me helping throughout the process.

Well I mean hell, my car is sitting in primer anyways. And it will be a while till I have 3 grand to spend on the paint. Might as well dip it for 300 bucks.

Yep and if you like it, leave it. You never know until its done. My buddy LOVED his and the quality was great. Another friend of mine uses a different gun on his, said he likes it better than the one Plasti-dip sells. I will get the name of it if you want.
