Convertible Top

Just fishing here. So the problem is my top will go down but will not go back up. It is a new top. Was wondering what the problem might be....? if anyone has any insight that would be great.

This is a long shot, but I had a similar problem when I bought my vert. It ended up being a broken plastic attachment on one of the hydraulic arms, which allowed it to catch and push the top up, but not pull on it. Simple to check if both arms are connected with a flashlight and the top up while a friend activates the top switch.

I had the same problem with mine. Topped off the fluid, and it works flawlessly now.

Fluid is my guess too.

For the first time mine is not working. Getting a clicking sound from near the motor. Could it be the relay took a dump? Anybody change the relay yet?

In my experience with these, when its clicking the motor is bad.
