alright. i found a 8" rear end that will fit right under my mustang, everything is the same.. its only a 4 lug tho.. but i found where i can buy the 5 lug axles if i want. but they are complete and it works.. not sure what gears yet but its from a 77 mustang from what i was told... only $150 d:) that beats my stock I6 rear end!

Yes it does. And the 8" is actually a good unit. The only bad part will be the cost. I haven't seen much in the way for parts for them, but I know richmond makes gears and I'm sure someone like auburn probably makes a diff.

OK!! its been aloonnngg time since i posted this. i have a C4 from a great car for $50, a 95 5.0 roller motor for $150 a friend of mine is going to help me on any body work plus paint it. the color it came with was Caspian Blue.. i dont care much for that color.. i want jet black. i am going to keep the I6 my car came with and the original c4 and i'll keep the rear end also so it all matches. since i have a 8" to replace it if i ever want to swap everything back to original, it will have all matching numbers. the inside is going to be black carpet and black leather with white centers in the door covers and seats. insted of stock blue with white carpet lol, i want black carpet, im going to have the jet black body with dark tented windows. so its a smooth ride, thing is.. who wants a stock I6 car? lol i havent really seen any selling like that. its always been the V8 cars selling more, plus i really dont plan on getting rid of it. i want to keep it for as long as i can, and like i said.. if it pays more if i ever do. i'll have the engine tranny and rear end to go with it, i noticed the mustangs have jumped up in price and the car i paid $1200 for as is would sell for $4500-5000. i have the whole rear end of the car stripped down and replacing anything that needs fixed with new, it does have a clean clear title with no leans or rebuilt title.. so thats always a Plus$$$!
