hello. when i bought my stang the guy who i bought it from gave me the wrong fob. ive seen some for sale on the internet but what im wondering is how do u get the fob onto the correct frequency? or do all of the fobs have the same frequency? that wouldnt be smart but u never know. any help would be great. i dont need it but it would be nice.

They are ridiculously easy to program. Turn the key to "on." In your trunk, behind the panel on the driver's side, is a connector that has two pins on it. You will need to use a jumper wire to connect them and when you do, the doors should lock and then unlock. Remove the jumper and push any button on your key fob. I believe the doors will lock and then unlock again. Verify programming by pushing the lock or unlock button. It is that easy. The hardest part is locating the connector.
