I'll send you a pm on it.
First attempt at chrome plating. Not worth the pain in the butt. I like powder coat better, but I may work in a few small pieces like this one.

Wow this is an awesome car! I'm so glad I found this thread! I'm in the process of rebuilding a 94 cobra vert clone. I'm currently rerouting the wiring harness and welding up the engine compartment just like yours. It's good to know I can see how it's done by a pro here. Great job your an inspiration to us all haha

Thanks man...I appreciate the words. Keeps me motivated. Sometimes its hard to get going on this project when you spend all day working on this stuff. Let me know if you run into problems and need some advice on your project.

You can say that again! The anticipation of this project being finished has been killing me for well over a year now. I think my hair would instantly fall out if you finish this car and it gets in an accident.

I totally agree...everyday I log in hoping and praying for paint.

This car is without a doubt the baddest SN 95 Mustang on the planet and it doesn't even have paint yet.

I have no idea how you hit all the details.

My only question is are you taking on any more customer's project? ;)

Thanks man...appreciate your encouragement. I am actually backed up and not taking any more jobs in the next 6 months.
In fact...I will be putting this car on the back burner. I have a 70 Boss 429 that I will be restoring and I have less than a year to do it.
The body work is done and the next pics I post of this car...it will be painted.
Hood is done and ready for paint

Quarter after seeing a little BFH to line up the trunk lid gap is worked and primed and ready for paint

Oh my god. If someone brought me that and asked me what I would charge to restore it, I'd have to put my pinky to my lips and in my best Dr. Evil voice say "One Million Dollars." The metal doesn't honestly look that bad, but holy crap there's almost nothing there.
