Interior light problem

Hi, im having an issue with my 99' v6. My dash/gauge lights do not work or come on,(but the emergency lights come on as does the odometer) neither does my radio and cant figure out why. I have checked and even replaced the fuses for both and, took the radio out just to make sure it was pluged in. Im at a stopping point so if an anyone could help that would be great. I searched the forums and couldent find anything. (also I have a split din stock radio and cd player and would like to install a aftermarket but need to get it to work first) ....

if it's not a fuse or relay,.... may just be the light bulb in the back of the cluster... you can see how to take it apart probably on youtube or there might be a link somewhere on this forum.. videos are great for this type thing.... my 86 F150 has gotten so dim, i think i'm gonna be doing it pretty soon.. good luck

Ill have too take it out and see I just got a torque bit so lets hope
