IDLE CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

I'd try to clean the throttle body first, and see where that gets you.

If you are heart-set on getting a new throttle body, you get what you pay for. Now, that doesn't mean you need to buy the most expensive one you can find, but just do some research.

Another thing to keep in mind is, as your car is stock, don't go to big on a new throttle bodyThe stock size is 55mm, and anything bigger may require an aftermarket CAI and possibly a tune; however, if you go too big the manifold inlet will be a restriction, and you'll have an "air jam" in the throttle body.
