Flush everything. Start at the passenger rear corner, then rear driver's corner, then front passenger corner, then driver corner. Flush it good or your blinkerz will blink too fast once you're done.

You don't no , wait until 6200rpm and then vtec will kick in and that will cause flux capacitor which will equal an avg of 40mpg at 1000hp

Whole front end is messed up. Might as well go with a tubular K member and tubular control arms.

Great question. Only if the stickers are directly related to engine performance. If the stickers are for suspension products, your cars handling will be greatly improved....and so on. The placement and quantity of the sticker(s) also plays a key role. When I was 17, I'm sure that my "comp cams" sticker netted me an easy 15hp at the wheels.
