94 5.0 new motor wont fire

have a 94 5.0 auto car that i bought with a locked up motor, used a 93 older longblock and got it all back together and it has fuel and spark but will not fire ive probably re dropped the dizzy about 50 times and used 2 different ones as i have a whole nother 94 5.0 auto car, tried computer swap, tfi swap, completely stumped this thing wont even back fire off ether or anything

Do you have the plug wires on the distributor in the correct order?

How did you verify fuel and spark?
Did you verify that the rotor was pointing to the #1 wire when the #1 cylinder was at TDC?
