I finally got an AJE k-member and a road race brace kit, and now it's time to get it in labor day weekend.
I was wondering if a set of 97 lca's would work on my 80 model.
The bushings on the 97 are in better condition than my 80 models bushings. but most importantly I'm thinking that the track increase would be good for cornering but are they going to move forward in the wheel arch?? And if so how much further forward will they be??
I already have the brakes and spindles & shocks from a 2000 model mustang. As the 97 lca's are longer, I've got some inner tie rods for the 97 mustang as well to compensate for the track increase.
i'm thinking the v8 springs are all the same from the foxes and SN95. right/wrong??

Yes, they'll increase the track a desirable amount on an '8o but they won't considerably change the forward/back location. You're going to want some good c/c plates to top it all off.
