I owned a 1999 then a 2001 Mustang GT convertible many years ago. I recently retired and am now looking at again owning a 2007-2009 Mustang GT convertible. Are there any issues I should be aware of? I am looking at picking up a car with under 55k miles, A/T and heated, leather seats. I have found several 2007s priced from 16.5k to 22k. Is that a normal range? Thanks.

Thanks.
I just found out that the 2011 V6 has over 300 HP. That is more than my 2001 GT had! Maybe a GT is unnecessary. Wife can't drive a manual, so, it looks to be A/T all the way. This will be my DD.

2011+ V6 Auto has 305 HP and gets 31 MPG, how can you lose:D
The more I look at the Mustang, the more I agree with your statement. I really need to rethink what my daily driver is going to be. Since the 2007-2009 GTs are relativly pricey, the 2011/12 V6 with a Pony Package is looking quite reasonable. Thanks.

Convo's have some weird water issues. I know other users on other forums that park their car on a incline, some steep some not, and they have varying headaches.

Not sure if they fixed this though..

Ross,

If your ? is about the post above, I believe he's referencing the fact that one person on here and one on another forum reported an issue with leaks. My son and I both have verts, and have not had any problems. I'm only aware of two complaints total.
