01 Gt Won't Start

After doing everything that I have read and nothing worked I replaced the pcm with a used one . Before the odometer read all dashes the cooling fan ran all the time. Now with the new pcm the odometer is now showing the mileage and the fan is not running the theft light is still flashing and it still won't start. Is it safe to say that all that needs to be done now is to drag it to a dealer and get it programmed to my key? Or is there something else here iam missing

Short answer is yes. Or if you have it turned off by a custom tune.
