Titties and beer!!!!!.

for the first time in my life I modded something other than a car yesterday lol. put some aftermarket skis on my snowmobile lolol. I wouldn't have had to but since I broke one 17miles from home I had to replace the stockers. $130 for plastic friggin skis! then another 120 for carbides...an I thought the cobra tax sucked.

worst thing is I have thought hard about doing some power mods to my sled but I don't wanna mess with it since it certainly out accelerates my cobra. I have thought about doing exhaust on the sled but then i gotta do clutch and carb jetting work. I don't speak or even remotely understand centrifugal clutches much less something with 3 carbs (one for each hole) lol

don't mess with it. You know it flies so just enjoy it like it is.
Finally went out and did some tear down on the car since it wasn't sub zero outside. Removed the hood, drained the radiator, started disconnecting some of the wiring and then removed the header bolts. The header bolts are just tedious. Can't do too much because I still have to fix the brakes on my wife's vehicle.

Bryan if you want an extra set of hands at some point let me know, I still have to return your fender roller anyway and I want to try out your out door shooting range this summer :)

Mike spend your income tax on something cool like guns!! I just bought a Compact M&P .40 last week. Should be getting it sometime this week I'll throw up pics when I do. Also ordered 500 rounds of .40 and when my actual income tax comes in I'm buying some bulk .223

Right now with the cold I just need to chip away at the disassembling of small stuff.
Eventually I will get a engine crane. I have half of it right now but the other half was damaged by FedEx and returned. Last week I got an engine stand but when I opened the box I found that 2 of the casters were missing, FedEx strikes again. I did notice the end of the box had been taped up. That is going back.
On the subject of guns I do like the Canik TP-9 Semi Auto Pistol. It is a good deal at $319. If you need to renew your NRA membership you can go to Cabela's Feb 8-9 to renew at $35 or higher and you get a $25 gift card to cabela's..while supplies last of course.

I just renewed mine last week and a few days later I found out that on the S&W site you could renew it for about $10 cheaper, also missed out on a 10% discount on the holster I just bought that I could have used my NRA membership for at check out. Have been missing the good deals lately but the good news is that I have 500 rounds of .40 coming weds and I ordered 500 more rounds of .223 today.

Not a bad price at all. I just bought 500 rounds of Wolf Gold .223 came out to about 32-34 cents a round. Also got my order of 500 rounds of .40 LAX reloads that I'm going to use for shooting off at the range plus I can re load them again as well. They were 27 cents a round. Also Tractor Supply now carries 50 cal Ammo cans for $15. Much cheaper then buying one and paying for shipping or paying for a used one at a surplus store.

Went to cabelas to renew nra membership and got a 25 dollar gift card. Saw a DPMS AR10 with a free float stainless barrel for 1k on clearance. Next to it was a M&P10 for 1500.
Price of ammo was still nothing special. Can get better deals online.

Yeah hopefully its all there, frigging UPS!!! lol

$1500 for an AR 10 is not bad, would really like to have one of those one day. Cabelas never has that great of a deal on ammo, Id rather buy it online and pay for shipping.

Missing 2 parts. Spent 40 min on phone with them. Was told 6 weeks for replacement parts. Blew up and told them to issue return labels. Found out there is a retail location by the mall. Retail location will do exchange. Going there now.
Those boxes suck to ship such heavy parts. Not completely fedex fault.

All the big stuff was there now I just have to figure out what little bolts might be missing. The bolt count and type doesn't exactly match the directions on the crane but no biggie. Nice store that opened up a week ago. Check it out. Located where Youngs furniture and the Outback used to be.

I thought there was one there but I could not remember. I just ordered a pin punch kit from there. Doing the brakes on the STi this weekend and its also a good thing to have to remove pins on the AR15. Pick up the new .40 compact tomorrow and the order of .223 will be coming as well and the new surround sound system will be here weds.
