Progress Thread Update On The 2v 5.0 Stoker Build In 96gt

Well, the build is slowly getting there. Parts are all in, including KB 2.1, TKO600 transmission, McCleod twin disk & flywheel, and rotating assembly. The teksid block should be finished from the machine shop next week and assembly will begin. I will be running 60lb siemens injectors so I ended up getting a new fuel tank for the car that will work with the 03/04 cobra fuel hat. It has twin 255 pumps on it. I decided to hydrodip my valve covers to add some style to the motor. I had them painted laser red to match the car and had them dipped with a black carbon fiber pattern. Came out even better than I thought. I attached some pics.

Loving the hydrodipping. I can't wait to get some of that done but first I gotta get my turd back to road worthy.
