I figured there was no need to crap up a good thread so I deleted the posts this morning.

My trim looks like crap and reading this and the other threads is motivating me to take care of it.

I appreciate guys who take the time to share their experiences and work. :nice:

Im doing my extremely terrible quarter windows as we speak.. well. they are done, and drying.
Those were my biggest challenge so far.
we will see how it comes out in the end soon.
ill have the pictures up in an hour or two:flag:
 
did you use the trim paint for the side mirrors? looks great..i need to paint my trim...but the drivers side quarter window molding has bad piting so ill probubly need a new window for that side

yep.. trim paint on the mirrors.
 
I think its a huge improvement. The ugly trim seems to be something most people overlook and it ruins a potentially great looking fox, imo. Wish my car were at that stage already but I have a long way to go. I agree with the post about sanding and priming though, good job.
