Also, after going through codes... Don't forget about dumb stuff too, like did you put the plug back into the distributor after setting the timing ? Did you tighten it down ?
Put the vac line on the fuel pressure regulator ? Have all injectors plugged in ? Just try to go from air intake to exhaust and check every connection make sure you didn't miss anything obvious.
Cuz a car with 2.73s or 3.08s is really gonna want to get out of it's own way with an aod and a cam that's Not working in it's operating range right ..... ever drive one with an aod it's horrible with stock gears in stock form let alone with a bigger cam

I feel like I ran a marathon reading this thread. And the sad part is I don't have any more clue what the OP wants after reading all 4 pages. Someone throw me a map.
basically added heads and intake to his e cam car and couldn't figure out why it was so slow still it has stock gears in it with an aod so I am sure the cam is not even close to operating range and the aod doesn't help

I'd bet the stock converter and gears are more responsible for the "lack of power" than the MAF or injectors. The E303 operating range is 2500-5500, no stall and factory gears will probably make it a dog off the line.

so im looking to order my 24lb injectors. My question is,does anyone know if they come with a o-ring kit?

Sooo after reading this the answer you came up with is putting in 24lb injectors? That makes sense how?

Improperly adjusted rockers? Could be a reason why you have no power.

Were these heads brand new/rebuilt heads or take offs from someone elses project? I would do a search on here for simple information before posting question after question without really reading any answers or advice.
