I have an Anderson Ford B-451 in my 333 stroker, and I just burned up a piston and I'm seriously considering removing the blower and going back to N/A. I'm trying to stick to a tight budget. I'm going to change the pistons from dish to flat top, which will yield about 10.5 compression, and I'm running AFR 185 heads. This cam was designed to work with a blower, and its a great cam, but I'm wondering how it will be for an N/A setup. I'd like to keep it to save money, but if Its going to seriously hurt performance ill have to change it.

what rear end you got?? The specs list the rpm band 2800-6800 and said it was a dog 2100rpm lower, and @ 232/242 duration ...i would say you really need two things if you're going n/a, 4.10 gears and high compression, ...IMO at least 10.5 compression to beef up the throttle response time.
