I Cannot Open My Driver Side Door.

So, I was going to go to the store the other day, I tried to open my driver side door, I felt something come loose and then the handle would not open the door. I rolled down the window, the outside door handle would not open the door either. It feels like nothing is connected on either handle. Any Suggestions on how to go about fixing this?

You are gonna have to try and pry the door panel open enough for you to get inside to the latch.

The rods connecting to the latch may have fallen off because they are bent. They aren't too difficult to bend back into shape. I would also look at both the inside and outside door handle and see if they need replaced. Sometimes the rods can break the plastic on the door handles.

So I am a idiot. I can open the door from the outside, I just needed to UNLOCK it. However, I still cannot open it from the inside. I am going to take a gander at it tomorrow.

Found the problem, the internal door handle broke where it pulls the rod that connects to the latch. This door handle was only 6 months old at the most, brand new too.

Yeah, I bought another one, but if this one breaks, I am going a different route.
