Might as well sell it. If it's that close you could always "mill" the end of the head down

That bolt will automatically clearance the belt for you.
What he said: Remove the bolt and grind down the head and you will have clearance. All you need is a 1/16"

Allen head, or "socket head cap screws", actually have a taller head. +1 on grinding it down. just use a 6 point socket to install it so you don't slip and tear it up.
