Leave it as is.
That is no more than a $500 pile of junk. I'd be surprised if any of those parts lasted more than a year.
Aftermarket ignitions are worthless on most foxes, that includes modified ones.

I have their stuff on my jeep and was a huge improvement. Been running strong for 4 years now, but stock Ford ignition is great stuff and I don't think that any increase you see from that upgrade will justify the cost.

not sure i agree with that... there is a place for the MSD stuff. id much rather use my MSD as a rev limiter than the factory fuel cut stuff.

if for some reason i spray up against the limiter with the stock stuff id be cutting fuel at the injector. and dumping my own fuel in with the plate kit. so pretty much make it go lean and really not limit the RPM.
the MSD cuts the spark so i pretty much blow whats there out the exhaust and maybe foul a set of plugs.

i agree most guys dont need it but it has its place

The OEM Ford dist. will work great for almost anything that you are ever going to do, leave it be! I second the notion for an MSD coil and MSD box when the time comes. An otherwise stock motor will not benefit at all from these upgrades though

Not to derail but you may no the answer. Since we are talking about factory fuel cut, Does my pms being in standalone over 2500 just cut spark at where its set or are we still essentially using a stock limiter with it ? I forgot to ask Kris

I believe the PMS can raise the limiter but it will still pull fuel. The MSD should be set lower than the limiter in the PMS
