I've been silent for a while because I think that you are now in the best hands available for troubleshooting this issue.

I should mention though (so that your problem can be resolved as quickly as it can), that Jrichker has a VERY systematic approach to troubleshooting.

I recommend that you follow the order in which he does things and provide the best possible answers to his questions. If you have a thought, you should express it as thought so that Jr can follow what's going on.

I looked at your last code dump and I didn't see a code 41/91 which would have been an O2 sensor problem.
Did I miss something since then?
Did you actually measure the voltage or is this what you are thinking?
sry yes got 41/91 and 21 car was at 160/180 during the test with a 160 thermostat also got 12 and 13
 
For purposes of clarity, please list the parts you have replaced and the codes you are getting at this time. That will help reduce any misunderstanding and present a clear picture of what is happening now.

High speed fuel pump relay circuit open don't remember what code that was
Fuel pump secondary circuit failure and don't remember the code
 
i got my hands on a breakout box and hegos are reading 89-1.1v at idle. tps is set at idle good all grounds have 00.3 resistance.
both mafs i have the stock one and the one that says its pro-m 75mm 30c read 1.2v at idle from what iv seen is high. But now that i have every possible thing to check stuff where should i go from here
