70 Shelby Grill

I'm guessing that a '70 Shelby mesh grille will not fit a regular '70 Mustang but does anybody know for certain if it will fit or not?

The 69-70 grill is very simply made ,it is a piece of light probably 18 gauge angle sheet metal at the top and nothing but wire mesh attached to the angle with studs on the back of the piece of angle bent sheet metal .The mesh looks a lot like lath mesh for plaster work. Should be able to custom make something fairly easy.
