Drivetrain Wierd Grinding Noises

I just replaced the clutch and did everything better then how the books say, like no joke, but now, when its idling out of gear it grinds bad!! And it makes shiver in curiosity why, i take of and give it gas and the noise goes away until i let off the gas, what the helll is that noise?! Maybe a nut or bolt somehow got in the exhaust? Clutch slipping?! Please help my only 2 solid ideas would be a harmonic balancer or an nut inside the exhaust, has anyone dealt and solved this?

does the noise go away when you press the clutch pedal in?

No it goes away after 1300 rpm and driving, i tried out the exedy stage one kit it just sounds like a bad harmonic balancer grind but i dont think thats it

Really sounds like be clutch/ flywheel was tightened out of balance.

It was perfect when i first ran it a few miles, but i did do a few burnouts then coming up from morongo a day later it started kicking in

I can't say that I have ever heard a harmonic balancer "grind". Are you able to get under it while it's idling to pinpoint where it is coming form?

They grind when the polyurethane piece goes out, but it soujds just like that but the balancer would wobble worse then a penguin, but it doesnt, and if my flywheel was tightened wrong, why does it grind during idle and not when rpms rise?

Throw out bearing

It was a brand new installed, greased down the shaft and bearing when installed

Did you put the bearing above or below the springs on the fork?
