We went to weld the subframe connectors in and when you line the front up with the front subframe it does not line up with the rear subframe it sticks out about an inch to the side if that makes any sense? We are not sure what to do? sorry I don't have pictures. Thanks

Some photos might help, but the subframe connectors will not be parallel as the rear subframes are narrower than the fronts. That means you can't line up the connectors in a straight line with the front subframes, they need to be slightly angled to meet the rears. Also, the seat mounting points are not equal on each side, the drivers seat mounts are about 3/4" further inboard for some reason. I'm not sure if the connectors have the seat reinforcement brackets already attached or if they are separate, but you should make sure those are in place and aligned before welding to the subframes and finding they won't line up either. If you have those on the wrong sides, it might also explain you misalignment.

My car was the same way on the passenger side, I had to bend the SFC sideways which was no easy task!

I don't have any pictures right now. I should be back out to the shop sometime this week and I will take them. We did not get to mess with it for very long but it seems the rear part of the connector sticks over the edge of the subframe about 3/4 of an inch to an inch. Thanks

That was exactly how mine was.
