Control Arm Suggestions.

Hello,

I'm looking for a set of rear control arms for my 92. The budget is $200. I'd like to avoid the set that you see AM and Late Model selling for around $140. Something just looks a little "rough" to me about them. Maybe it's the fact that they go for $140 while other brands cost that much for just uppers. I could be wrong here and just falling for the marketing but I don't have any real world experience of my own to make a judgement. Any help would be appreciated. Can you guys suggest some alternatives within my budget or if the $140 set that is seen everywhere is any good and you've had good experiences with it, I'd like to know. I'm not totally ruling out the cheaper set.

wait until you can find a used set of max motorsports lower control arms. That's my 2 cents. I did and got them for $150 used. That or I'm sure in December they will run their semi annual sale and you'll probably be able to get them new for about $250. Do not buy cheap ones or ones that have poly bushings in both ends- those tear up torque boxes.

I would also go for the MM lower control arms if you can wait. MM actually seems to do their "Deal of the Day" more frequently than just in December now, so if you check their site daily you may see them pop up on sooner.

Op don't know if they are any good but I have a cheap set from Dallas Mustang brand new in the box if you're interested pm me(I hate posting things for sale like this) I also will be taking off my MM lowers but not until closer till spring(going with all TeamZ stuff on mine)

i've got no complaints about my mm extreme non-adjustables, i did like the others said and grabbed em on sale (right around $200 or so shipped iirc, i think they were 30-40% off).
