Yeah, like I said, they both use the exact same software, so the user interface is the same. The main difference is that MSPNP uses a V3.0 board (or better) and the PiMP uses the smaller Microsquirt controller. They all do the same things, just packaged a little differently.
From what I understand, microsquirt was originally developed for jetskis and quad type applications, but was further developed to be used anywhere. Stinger made a kit out of it that plugs into the factory harness. All you really do is add a vacuum line to the manifold, add a wideband, and disconnect the MAF. Then start driving and it tunes itself. Granted, there are many details I left out, but that is the basic gist.
Im going to email them right now and see what the wait is going to be, never heard from them after placing the order.
